Shane W. Tseng handles cases in federal and state courts, and specializes in actions involving complex commercial disputes, products liability, and copyright infringement. Mr. Tseng also represents clients in arbitration proceedings, mediations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Before joining Hirschmann Law Group, Mr. Tseng practiced with Arnold & Porter LLP from 1998 to 2008, representing clients such as ASCAP, Atlantic Richfield Company, BP, State Farm, and Wyeth in numerous high profile cases. He also externed for the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission while he was a student at USC Law School.

Mr. Tseng graduated from UCLA in 1995 and from USC Law School in 1998. He has repeatedly been selected as a Rising Star in Los Angeles Magazine and California Super Lawyer.
